1 Introduction
In developing an area, we need a strategic development plan which will be a guide for us to achieve our goals. Strategic development plan is a systematic process of envisioning a desired future and translating this vision into broadly defined goals or objectives and a sequence of steps to achieve them.
This document shows the strategic development plan of Židenice, a suburb in Brno with population of about 22,000 people and has some historical and significant places. It shows the SWOT (Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis of the Židenice community. In looking at the SWOT analysis of the place, the group came out with some strategic plans and measure that will enhance the development of the community.
